I recently read a story about a couple who had quite the allergy disaster at their wedding recently. Even though they had checked with guests about food requirements prior to the day, a mix up in the kitchen resulted in one of the highly allergic guests accidently ingesting some shellfish! Apparently there was mass commotion as the groom’s great aunt Nelly collapsed at the table in between the serving of the entree and mains. Luckily the wedding photographer that they hired from Wedding Photography Sydney was moonlighting as a paramedic and was able to nurse her back to health with the use of his trusty epipen. Aunt Nelly was ok in the end although as you can imagine, i’m sure it put a bit of a negative spin on the day and was also quite stressful for the newlyweds as they wondered whether they would be up on manslaughter charges!
