A few friends and I have decided to get together and make a cookbook. That’s right: a bunch of single, male roommates, combining their skills and making a cookbook. We’ll self-publish a recipe book, with our pointers, tips, recipes, and photos of the meals. One of us is really good at making starters, things like bruschetta and carpaccio. Another makes amazing desserts, another is good with stews, soups and curries, another specializes in steaks, fish, and a few fancy gourmet meals. I’m an in betweener, I specialize in pastas, am able to make a mean white sauce, risotto, and a few different kinds of breads. So, if you have any requests or suggestions, I’d be happy to hear them. We’ll be trying out everything, of course, since we’ll need to taste it and take photos, so we’ll be having a mighty cooking session to try it all out. I cannot wait to get started.
